Body Color Cosmetics Mixing liquid is Alcohol Free, Colorless and fragrance free.  Directions: Spray one or two sprays of mixing liquid directy on Body Color Cosmetics cake paint, with a brush mix the mixing liquid into the paint working the paint until creamy opaque consistancy. For a more translucent coverage, add more mixing liquid to paint.
